In April Professor Christian Bokhove is presenting two new papers at the annual meeting of the AERA. One paper is about the relationship between non-cognitive outcomes and science, mathematics and reading achievement, based on PISA data, and a collaboration with Dr Jenny Byrne and Dr Andri Christodoulou. The second paper looks at the predictive value of metacognitive strategies of Chinese primary school pupils’ mathematics achievement.
